Some skills are better than others, at least as a designer. Fifteen years experience brings a measured approach that helps my clients define their requirements and get more out than they would otherwise.
I find that traditional design experience in print provides me with a deeper skill set for digital design, particularly UI (user interface) design.
But the opposite is also true. The new trends and ideas in digital design are playing a much larger role in contemporary print design. Bringing these together makes for richer, more integrated design.
